Ilze joined the firm in 2013 as our conveyancing associate and has 17 years’ experience as a conveyancer. She specializes in the drafting of sale agreements in respect of both residential and commercial properties and the process relating to the transfer of immovable property in the relevant deeds office.
She offers a unique service to our clients by handling the transfer process personally from the commencement of a matter until registration.
