In April 2013, Leanne joined the firm as a Candidate Attorney having completed a Master of Laws from Rhodes University, specializing in the legal framework surrounding hate speech and the suitability of regulating law and language in South Africa. Leanne has gained experience in a variety of matters ranging from general High Court and Magistrates’ Court litigation, family law, landlord and tenant disputes, residential and commercial evictions, collections and criminal law.
